PILIPO is a magical piece of interactive theatre that tells the tale of a tiny bird lost in a great storm. Bashed and battered by wave after wave Pilipo finds himself washed up on the beach of a far-off island. Performed by Eoin Lynch through a mixture of Storytelling and Puppetry, we follow the adventures of our hero as he searches for his way back home. Along the way we meet Kevin the dive-bombing Penguin with a penchant for ice-skating, Rico the Toad who loves money more than anything in the world, Bullio the Scorpion who stands guard over the bubbling volcano…..all of these and a host of other characters, many of whom the audience create themselves!
The show has a strong environmental theme running through it. With the exception of some brown paper, all of the materials used to build the puppets and set were found and salvaged from around Irish beaches and coastlines .

The Adventures of Little Red is a modern take on the Grimms' fairy tale Little Red Riding Hood. Told through a mixture of puppetry and storytelling, this 40 minute performance is suited for Junior Infants up to, and including 3rd Class. Set in a city landscape this show holds all of the fun and integrity of the original story, only with a few added twists and turns thrown in for good measure.

As with all of Eoin's shows, the material that the puppets are made from is very important. In Pilipo, the story of a sea bird who is lost and has to find his way home, all of the puppets were made from drift wood found on beaches along the South West of Ireland. In Little Red all of the puppets are made from everyday household objects, the Wolf for example is constructed out of a kitchen sweeping brush.
Audiences, both young and old are often fascinated by the puppets and how they are made. So at the end of each performance Eoin can also give a short demonstration on how the puppets are made and how the audience could easily make something similar themselves.
